Make your way up the grand wooden spiral staircase to your private suite. A digital key pad will grant you access to your space including a kitchenette equipped with microwave, toaster oven, sink, refrigerator/freezer and ambient under cabinet lighting. Unit has a full private bathroom and a desk or extra counterspace. This room is built with a heating and cooling system that allows you to easy control and maintain the temperature. Meticulously restored with exposed brick & hardwood flooring add to the preservation of the original character.
The two tiered shared roof top deck welcomes you to extraordinary spaces that are unknown to most visitors to this city. The best views of the city skyline, waterfront, park and all attractions can be seen from this breath taking panoramic viewpoint. (This deck is shared with the owner who is occasionally enjoying the sun with two friendly and polite dogs)
Working closely with the historic society, the materials and details were preserved and restored to maintain all of the historic charm along the way. Building material and decorations were sourced from the time period of original construction.
Located in one of Baltimores most recognized historic neighborhoods on an incredibly safe block. The house is conveniently a few blocks south of Johns Hopkins Hospital (walking distance) and the 300 acre Patterson park. Across the street is the local sensation, "Ministry of Brewing", An 1800s grand church converted to one of the most iconic breweries in Maryland. Local food trucks line up here often!
