Negative: We were originally put into an apartment which we hadn’t booked without a balcony and a seat available just off the car park through the communal hall. When we pointed out it was not the apartment in the photos we were told the photos were just examples of what we might have had but didn’t get. Then we were told we couldn’t be moved due to other bookings but when we put our foot down we were moved into the apartment with the balcony and more space as we had expected. Very disappointing and misleading. Be very careful to be sure what you book and save the photos to prevent being given a different apartment.
