Positive: Thank you for a lovely stay at Broom Cottage. The cottage is quirky, a traditional highland cottage with low doors and extra sections added over the years. We found it really charming. There was a handy place to walk the dogs nearby (come out of the front gate, turn right and right again) plus the garden is enclosed. Its central location in Newtonmore provided the perfect spot to explore the surrounding areas. We enjoyed hill walking, loch swimming and the Strathspey steam train. The living room is super cosy with the log burning stove. There are plenty of DVDs to keep you entertained and lots of board games. We hope to come back soon.
