This top floor flat is conveniently located just off Whiteladies Road in Clifton, with its vast array of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is just minutes away from the BRI, BBC, Bristol University, Clifton Lido & Triangle and Park Street. It is a 10 minute downhill walk into the City Centre and 10 minute drive from Temple Meads train station; you will be perfectly placed to enjoy this amazing city whether visiting for business or pleasure.
The Space:
A cosy, renewable energy powered space: living room with pellet log burner for heating and hot water, comfy sofa and desk space; the hallway has a skylight allowing light into the hall so you can enjoy the period stairway. There is one double bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate toilet. The galley kitchen has everything you could need for your stay with a washer/dryer, table top dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob. Double-glazed windows and electricity produced by solar panels on roof.

The Neighborhood:
Whiteladies Road is one of Bristol's premier shopping areas. Beautiful Georgian buildings house a range of independent shops and an array of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants.
There is everything you could need, from up-market furniture shops to hi-fi, deli, book shops, estate agents, galleries, musical instruments, fashion and gift shops.
There is also Whiteladies Road Market every Saturday, a community favourite and the place to buy seasonal produce from local food and drink traders. The Downs is only a short distance away, a great space for a walk or run. There are great bus links into the centre of Bristol and Clifton Village.
Other Things to Note:
The central heating system is fuelled by a pellet burner, which guests will need to keep topped up for the heating & hot water to work. If you are staying for a long period the ash will also need emptying weekly. Full instructions are provided in the handbook :)
Please be aware that given the height and proximity of the neighbouring buildings street noise tends to carry somewhat; we are close to the city centre and there is a restaurant & spa and pub opposite the flat; people sometimes make noise quite late so if you are a light sleeper it is advisable to keep the bedroom window shut or use ear plugs.
