Positive: The full English breakfast was cooked well and was presented very professionally. The facilities were very good, including a well appointed en suite.
Negative: The property is grade 2 listed and the bedroom windows could not be opened because they need renewing. However, the en suite windows were able to be opened giving welcome fresh air at night.
Summary: A very pleasant and comfortable stay at a realistic price.
