Okanagan wine country has been ranked the premier destination for foodies, wine and outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy our full kitchen to cook your meals with local market produce from the markets! An open concept dining room makes room for everyone! Spend your day soaking in the spectacular scenery while meandering through the rolling vineyards and stopping to sip the award winning wines of this region. Enjoy the short walk to many acclaimed restaurants or simply relax while sipping wine from your afternoon of tastings - there are over 200 local wineries to chose from! Whether your ideal vacation in paradise involves beaches, boating, wine tasting, golfing, farmer's markets, family adventure parks, biking, hiking, or skiing - we have it all in the Sunny Okanagan & we can't wait to share it with you!
Guests have 950 sq ft of completely separate living accommodations with their own private entrance and parking space. Breezy Beach Villa includes a custom kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, and 2 Twin), 2 bathrooms and a patio with a Craftsman style outdoor BBQ area. There is a designated parking stall driveway + extra parking free on the street. The main floor has a cozy living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. The kitchen has stainless appliances including room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring! Powder room on main floor, plus washer/dryer facilities upstairs. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, sitting area. Additional bedroom has a 2 twin beds. Start the day watching the Okanagan Sunrise golfing, boating or skiing!

Our townhomes are self-contained entire homes. Guests have full use of the whole home and outdoor space.
The Neighborhood:
Penticton is a small resort city with a population of 33,000 and known for it's hot summer weather. Okanagan Lake is at the north end and Skaha Lake is at the south end, 15 minutes drive apart. The city is located 4.5 hours east of Vancouver and 1 hour south of Kelowna. This is a region that truly has something for everyone. Foodies flock to the area's renowned orchards and vineyards; families can't get enough of the many sandy, lakeside beaches; and outdoor enthusiasts come for the golfing, hiking, biking and skiing. Okanagan Lake provides opportunities for swimming, fishing, camping, kayaking, boating and water skiing. A multitude of hiking and cycling trails let visitors explore the town, discover bird habitat, see historic sites like the Trout Creek Bridge on the Kettle Valley Railway, Myra Canyon, Skaha Bluffs and take in the 360-degree views from the summit of Giant's Head or Munson Mountains. Penticton is widely known for it's many wineries, beautiful beaches and golf courses as well as top-notch ski hills. There is also access to the highlands of the Thompson Plateau where small lakes are ideal for trout fishing, Apex mountain to ski on the training ground of the Canadian Ski Team, or Nickel Plate Nordic Centre for world class skiing & panoramic views as far as the coast! Penticton is also host to many festivals, events and races take place all year round and we have an internationally known hockey school. Sunshine & Sand Villa is just steps to the Okanagan Lake & the South Okanagan Event Center, as well as easy walking distance to many local restaurants, breweries and the Channel Float. We are a short distance from the Farmers Market, Okanagan Lake beaches and easy access to Naramata Bench or Bottleneck Drive Wineries. Guests can easily access the KVR trail for cycling, running or walking. Loco-Landing, bicycle & boat rentals, yoga studios & the leisure center are all close by. The Villa is just a stroll to the beach, as well as the downtown core, where guests will enjoy all of Penticton's summer festivities. From the world famous Penticton Farmers market every Saturday to week-long Peachfest, everything happens this end of town and you'll be right in the heart of any entertainment and activities! Training for gran Fondo or Challenge, you couldn't be in a better location to swim, bike and run right from your front door! This is an ideal location to explore everything Penticton has to offer!

Breezy Beach Villa is located in central Penticton, BC. It is the perfect location for family reunions, weddings, golf, hiking, biking, skiing, and training groups & wine tours. You will be close to downtown restaurants, events, markets, Peachfest, beaches, golf courses, Family Challenge route, South Okanagan Event Centre, shopping malls, and wineries.
Enjoy the proximity to The Golf Course, The Hockey School, The Event Center, The Visitor & Wine Center, Casino & Channel Float & Beaches are all with in blocks of the Villa! During winter, for hockey or ski season, the Villa is only 25 minutes to Apex Mountain Resort - skiing, outdoor hockey rinks & skating loop are great fun on winter break! Information can be provided for public transit, wine tours, limousines , bike & boat, and car rentals. Most amenities are available within a short walk, beach, farmer's market, theater, Starbucks, restaurants (we'll give you a list of favorites!)
