During the day, enjoy watching native birds, try to spot dolphins or surfers and enjoy the afternoon barbequing and relax by the pool or on the outdoor sofa overlooking the ocean.
At night, get the firepit started and relax with some wine on the outdoor sofa under the stars.
This is the perfect, secluded place to enjoy precious time with friends and family from sunrise till sunset.

The open floor plan living room and kitchen areas feature stunning ocean views, high ceilings, stone flooring, fireplace with ledger-stone façade, view inspired doors and windows leading out to the ocean view patio and kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry.
This home is the perfect blend of indoor outdoor living featuring a large pool area with jacuzzi and waterfall feature, BBQ, outdoor dining table with fire features, patio sofa, lush manicured grounds and stunning views of the coastline to enjoy.
The designer bathroom includes a free standing tub and extensive shower.
Parking enough for 3 vehicles.
This home is also located in the gated Trancas Highland community. Only a short distance to Trancas center for shopping and groceries, and the famous Zuma Beach!

Other things to note:
WE ARE OFF THE GRID - meaning we ship all our water and gas up on trucks. Because of this we kindly ask you to be water and gas conscious. If using the pools Jacuzzi, please tun it off when finished to preserve gas. If left on day and night, you do run the risk of running out and will have to pay the emergency call out fee.
* There is a $100 fee per extra guest, past 6 guests.
* This home has multiple baby gates available and a pack n play if needed.
* We are pet friendly (please notify the host a little about your furry family member, prior to your stay). There is a $100 cleaning fee per pet.
* Cameras. We have 2 outdoor security cameras. One at the entry and the other over the pool equipment. They are never viewed unless an incident occurs.
