The Space:
The home is large, spacious, and perfect for gathering with friends and family. You will have ample space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 3 luxurious king beds, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds. There will be plenty of sleeping options to assure you and your guests can catch up on some rest and relaxation. You will be in a prime location to indulge in some of Boulder's greatest restaurants such as L'Atelier for classic French bites or Oak for upscale American cuisine. You will also want to take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and create home cooked meals for you and your guests. The dining area is ideal for gathering with loved ones and sharing your favorite dishes. The home is essential for a luscious getaway in the midst of the gorgeous mountains.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home, patio areas, and driveway for parking up to four vehicles. You will also have access to the extremely rare large, flat, fenced in yard with newly laid grass. Immediately upon arriving you’ll hear the birds singing. Walk over your very own private newly rebuilt weather proof Trek bridge.

45 minute drive to Denver International airport. Rare Sunshine Canyon Gem, just 2 ½ miles up the canyon before Poor Mans road. Have the best of both worlds with the privacy and serenity of mountain living with all the convenience of living close to town. No dirt roads just an easy left off Sunshine Canyon and you’ll approach a fully paved and huge front entrance built amongst the tree’s.

Summary: The house was clean. The location is great, short drive up the canyon from Boulder with easy access to Pearl Street area and hiking. The house is surrounded by trees, view is pretty. Upper deck & seating there is nice, we enjoyed the gas fire pit, deer visited each morning in driveway. Spacious TV rooms for watching Football & nighttime TV. Master bedroom closets large & completely cleared out. We were surprised to find closets in 3 bedrooms randomly scattered with clothes, books, toys, etc. Downstairs bedroom does not have a closet or dresser- a dresser would be nice so occupant does not have to live out of a suitcase. Pressure in 2nd floor shower not very good, other 2 showers adequate. Missing knob to stove made cooking in oven a bit challenging. Other than that kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking meals. Called management company twice, once with 3 Small issues, the 2nd time as Lyft discount didn’t work- they were polite & said that maintenance & tech people would call back but that never happened. We did not have any Verizon cell phone service at the house, WiFi worked well most of the time, did enable WiFi calling on our phones, & FaceTimed when WiFi calls wouldn’t work. Enjoyed ping pong & fuseball table. Grateful to have been able to reside at this Amazing house for a week, we had a Very Enjoyable stay- Thank You!!
