Summary: Justin the host was great, responsive to every request and sorted out the TV sound for us gladly. The place is a bit dated but comfortable. Highlights are the large TV receiver and of course the delicious burritos delivered every morning. Location is convenient to the national parks and Carlsbad restaurants and river walk. Would definitely stay here again.
