4 Bedroom Villa in Kahuku

The mayor and city council have conspired to put short term rentals out of business and hand the hotels a 100% monopoly on vacation accommodations. They are requiring us to advertise and quote a 30 night rental rate. You can stay as few or as many nights as you wish. Our brand new villa features exotic muong wood cabinetry and doors throughout, limestone and ipe wood flooring, 10' ceilings, 6 flat screen TVs, air conditioning throughout the villa, high speed internet with wifi router and all-in-one fax, scanner and printer for those that are still working a little. 4 bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 queen sized sofa sleepers plus inflatable queen bed will sleep 12 guests in comfort. 3.5 baths with rain shower heads ensure no morning lines plus outdoor shower keeps sand and salt outside.
Kitchen features all the latest appliances including induction stove top, two sinks and huge Island for prepping, or hanging out. Flowing into the great room with Island style furniture, 75" flat screen TV with 500+ channels and pocket doors that open up completely to a 600 square foot covered lanai with lounging furniture, another sink & refrigerator and cooking prep area next to the barbecue. The centerpiece on the lanai is a spectacular monkeypod slab dining table that seats 12 guests. Just off the outdoor lanai is a spacious hot tub. Upstairs the Villa features a 500 square foot game room with Foosball table, air hockey table, workout equipment and a 50" flat screen TV.

Summary: Beautiful, safe and clean property. Comfortable beds, plenty of space inside and out. Quality appliances and all the nesessities for a comfortable stay. Short walk to the beach but be aware that you do have to cross a sometimes busy highway for access. The extra space and serenity of the surrounding horse ranch was just perfect for our group, yet close to Teds Bakery, foodtrucks, groceries and more. We were able to easily access all areas of the island within a 45-60 min drive. We would book again for sure!
