Pictures are worth a thousand words; our house was just built, so be one of the first to rent this brand new, one of a kind, custom home. Don’t deal with a worn out, aging “rental machine”, where you end up dealing with unexpected issues. Our house is located close to the beach, ocean side of Brigantine Ave on one of the most beautiful streets, on the island. “FLEXIBLE STAY- Avoid Traffic and Parking Nightmares- pick any day of week to arrive!
Twenty Seventh street beach has a rinsing station, lifeguards, and not so many dunes that your feet are sweltering by the time you hit the ocean. Centrally located within walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream, pizza, drug store. Of course, within minutes to Atlantic City night life and massive indoor arcade at the Showboat and Steel Pier for the kids.
Three levels of living space with two extra-large decks, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to entertain. Use detached garage with extra refrigerator, gas grill, beach equipment, outdoor games.
First floor master suite and the third floor has a large bedroom and full bath, which provides the privacy of a second master suite.
Host will be available via phone, text, in app communication throughout your stay.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Brigantine. The house was beautifully kept and all amenities were included. The owner was wonderful to deal with- very responsive and great at communications. It was a short walk to the beach, as well to other Brigantine key locations like the bakery and the ice cream shop. The covered front porch became the key spot to be for off-beach relaxation and reading. I would heartily recommend this house and it’s owner to anyone looking to rent in Brigantine.
