Welcome to beautiful Big Lake! Conveniently located right off Highway 16 with only a 5 minute drive to Edmonton and 12 minutes to West Edmonton Mall.
Warm and cozy basement suite with in-floor heat, high ceilings and
big bright west-facing windows overlooking the lake.
The "cabin-themed" open living space centers around a warm and inviting living room with a beautiful gas fireplace where you can relax on the plush chaise lounge and stay in for a movie night on the big 85" screen full array smart TV.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand-new stainless steel fridge, gas stove, and microwave along with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery etc.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
It can get a bit noisy at certain times with the kids playing upstairs but we always abide by the quiet time rules.
Guests have sole access to the entire suite. The backyard and covered patio can also be enjoyed.

The main floor and upstairs are permanently occupied.
