3 Bedroom Apartment in West Babylon

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nice large rooms with split units, large enclosed backyard with parking for 4 cars. Great for outdoor fun and 30 mins from MacArthur Airport. This House has lots of rooms for Groups or friends traveling together or large families getting together for Long Island Carnival, Cricket or family reunions.
Within 15 minutes to outlets for shopping, restaurants, attractions for kids, beaches, concert venues or trains to the city.
The prices are for a 3 bedroom apartment. Some rooms are larger than others but they are generally 120 - 180 Sq ft. There are common spaces that are NOT MEANT FOR SLEEPING. Guests are not to be sleeping in the living room area.
All residents are to sleep in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The entire space is furnished and there is a cleaning fee of $200.00 for those staying a week or more.
There is a two person per room per night limit. All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE 5 days or less till your arrival. No smoking in any part of the property. No parties inside or outside of the house. Please leave the room as you met the room.
If you are given a room upstairs you are not permitted to go downstairs. There is a Kitchen and bathroom on each floor. The floor where your room is located is the bathroom and Kitchen you are able to use.
Guests are not allowed to use the backyard for parties or any other use. Once you are within 5 days before your arrival instructions will be sent giving you all the details you will need for your stay. Reach out to me if for any reason you have not received them. Summary: We received a call from owner two hours before to go over rules. At that time we were told towels were an extra charge even though it’s stated on the site when I booked it. We were told they don’t provide blankets. So spent $100 at the store before we even got there! Thank God we didn’t fly in because we would’ve had extra baggage going home. When we got there there was still stickers on the windows and door, the floor upstairs was not mopped and dusty. The toilet bowl rocks when sitting on it. They stated on the site there is a washing machine there was none. We could not cook due to no cookware except two little saucepans and a spatula. No dish towels either! The cardboard was still in the over and I didn’t realize til I put my pizza in which I had to lay on the rack! I was told by owner I should’ve used microwave. Sorry I don’t microwave pizza! The house was redone and it was pretty but his website needs to be updated. I think I should’ve received some money back for the purchases I had to make!
