The main floor includes 3 bedrooms (with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed) two bathrooms, a full kitchen with all appliances, work space, large living room facing a large 2 sliding glass doors to the outside water view, and walk-out screened patio. Enjoy the spectacular views from screened out door deck, perfect for lounging , or evening BBQs.

Just 15 - 20 minutes drive to the Charlottetown city centre, the capital city of PEI, with historic waterfront of Fathers of Confederation Landing, Confederation Centre of the Arts, Historic Charlottetown Province House and Victoria park. 45 minute drive to Cavendish, the Anne of Green Gable and Cavendish beach. 25 minutes to Wood Island Ferry and 10 minutes to the Orwell Corner Historic Village on panoramic Points East Costal drive. You will enjoy the inspiring experience the spectacular sun rise with beautiful array of colors in the morning and through the until the sunset.
