• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

Summary: Huge oceanfront balcony. Clean and well stocked. Great security. A 2 minute walk to parking garage but easy access in and out. No beach chairs or umbrellas provided but can rent for around 200. We didn’t use the pools but they looked very nice. Easy and close beach with lifeguards on duty till 6pm. We walked to restaurants, bars, and putt putt but options are limited for walking. There is a Walmart grocery very close as well (10 min walk). Also, close to airport and our uber was under 10 to get there. We met our son who had a car so we were able to go to other areas easily. We didn’t cook but full kitchen and dishwasher with soap etc. Very clean building, condo, and beach.
