Also a gas fireplace which completes the scene. Feel at home in a fully equipped kitchen, dining room area along with a 32" inch TV, and VCR/DVD player. Walkout to a 800 sq ft private deck with barbecue, picnic table and shade umbrella. Lower level has 3 large spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets. Each bedroom is decorated with special flare to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Also a newly renovated 3 piece bathroom is conveniently found on this floor.

It is equipped with a large 800 sq. ft. walkout deck from the living room, with a picnic table and patio furniture perfect for barbecuing and socializing with fellow friends. The large backyard is equipped with a second deck, along with patio furniture and barbecuing. Further to enjoying the outdoors! Or just in the mood to relax? You can spend your nights stargazing and roasting marshmallows by an open fire.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
