Positive: View and neighborhood. Plenty of towels, beautiful patio with lots of seating. Comfortable beds.
Negative: The driveway is EXTREMELY steep. Only rent if you have an SUV. They do state this in the description but until you see the drive you may not think it is that steep and it is. The pool has a robot vacuum in it all the time so you have to just move it to one side. It really only has three bedroom. The forth has pocket doors that close but clear glass so it’s not private.
