On entry to this beachfront property you find bedroom one which has a queen size bed. The main bathroom is also on this level. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room opening up onto the deck, garden and ocean. The lounge room is also on this level complete with large television.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite where you can enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the ocean.
The cabin at the rear of the property has another lounge room with a large television and 3 bedrooms - just right for the teenagers. Two king single beds in each room. There is also a brand new bathroom in the cottage.
The laundry is separate again and has a washing machine and dryer. Spa is not available for use.
Beautiful gardens surround the house and cabin and at the front of the house.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children’s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique ‘Indie Films’ to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
