Positive: Well located for local amenities and public transport. Decent bar just a few steps away and of course the beach. Good, regular clean included in the price.
Negative: Communal pool area needs TLC. No full length mirrors in the property. Large number of monkeys locally requires vigilance with possessions, windows etc.
Summary: On the whole a nice town house.
