Very nice house, quiet with 4 bedrooms on 2 floors, two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two shower rooms / WC. Enjoyment of private parking for two cars. 10 minutes drive from Paris. The metro (Villejuif Paul Vaillant) is a 6-minute walk away.

6 minutes walk from the Metro Villejuif Paul Vaillant couturier, you will find restaurants, pharmacies, a post office, a bank, a bakery and pastry shop, etc.
Line 7, Villejuif PVC station, allows you to reach Paris in three stations (Maison Blanche). The line goes directly to Chatelet (in the heart of Paris). It allows you to reach the Galeries Lafayette station directly or the Palais Royal Musée du Louvre.
- This apartment does not accept the organization of noisy parties : significant charges will be applied if travelers do not respect this.
- In case of complaint from our neighborhood or Police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without refund.

- Upon your arrival, we will ask an ID with the same name on your booking (and copy it on our phone). This is in order to prevent fraud.
- The day of arrival: check-in used to be from 15.00 to 20.00 and check out is until 11:00 am at the latest.
Warning!! For check-in between 20.00 to 22:00, a surcharge of 30 euros is required. For check-in after 22.00, an additional 50 euros will be requested. No check-in possible after 23:00
- Even though the final cleaning is included, we expect a flat return in a "correct" condition it means at least dishes washed and garbages thrown
- Limited to 1 baby (under 2 years old) free of charge. If more than 1 baby, other babies should be add as "Children"
- Sofa bed is prepared for groups over 9 persons. If your group is less than 10 people and you want the sofa-bed, you need to ask for it once your reservation completed.
