Every inch of this adorable, newly-renovated 540 sq foot cottage has been meticulously designed and professionally decorated to provide cozy, comfortable luxury to guests in town for an extended stay. Blackberry Cottage is perfect for a single traveler, a couple, or a small family- and it’s pet friendly! Set on a quiet private road, yet close to downtown and walkable or a quick drive to tons of acclaimed restaurants, bars, shops, historical sites, walking/biking trails, hospitals, and UVA.
Whip up an amazing dinner in the thoughtfully-planned chef’s kitchen with Cafe induction cooktop, double oven, microwave with air fryer, dishwasher, custom built waterfall bar, All Clad cookware, Wusthof knives, and a spectacular sunset view- plus all the cooking basics you’ll need. Or just sit at the waterfall bar with a glass of wine while you wait for Grubhub to arrive.
The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a queen bed with comfy Casper mattress, luxurious linens, blackout shades, flat screen TV, dimmable lighting, and Sonos sound system.
The newly-renovated bath has a tiled shower/tub combo, brass fixtures, tile floor, and plenty of cozy waffle towels.
