The Black Oak House is inviting, clean and stylish and is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We are in a wonderful location perfect for vacationers as well as weekender's. The Black Oak House vacation rental is best suited for short term stays ranging anywhere from a single night visit up to a maximum three week stay. We are very close to Trilogy, the beach and many popular central coast wedding and party venues!
Totally private - cozy hideaway ideal for two people, possibly up to four people. Guests have complete privacy. However, your host is nearby – ‘invisible but available’.
This peaceful home has one (1) bedroom with one (1) queen size bed and one (1) double (full size) bed, a sitting area, large walk-in closet, TV and a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom has french doors leading out to the patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and also has french doors that open onto the patio. The kitchen is well equipped with full size appliances for all of your culinary needs. This house also includes a dinette area and kitchen counter bar with stools. The entire house is bright and cheerful with natural light.
This house is nicely furnished and has all of the comforts of home. Featuring; high speed secure WIFI, HDTV, streaming, and a clothes washer and dryer.
Outside you will enjoy a nicely landscaped fenced patio. Includes a full size Weber propane grill. There is parking next to the house for up to two vehicles. Black Oak House rental is situated behind the main house on a private road. There’s lots of space surrounding the property and behind the house are 8 acres of open space with many oak and eucalyptus trees which are home to various wildlife. Including soaring hawks, quail, bunnies, owls, hummingbirds, butterflies and horseback riders.
