Positive: Nice beaches 10 min. from the house. The house was new and clean. Separate entrance through the gate and parking right next to the house.
Negative: I didn't like that we were told upon arrival that if we wanted towels and sheets we had to pay extra for them. We paid extra, but they were not replaced during the entire stay. We also learned upon arrival that we had to pay extra for cleaning, but the cleaner never came during our entire stay - so we had to pay for cleaning after our departure. We also had to pay for electricity. I saw it as an unfair treatment - considering the fact that the rent is not low.
