Parking in Wellington CBD is expensive around $40 per day. However, we provide an indoor carpark for Free Charge during stay.
We provide unlimited High-Speed WIFI.
We provide NZ spring water on your arrival.
The Bedroom has two Double beds (see photo), built-in wardrobe with hangers, two bedside tables, an Oil heater, and iron & iron board.
Notes:
1) We provide each guest with a fresh bath towel during their stay.
2) Double bed is smaller than Queen size bed.

The Laundry room has front load washing machine (laundry powder provided), cloth dryer, and laundry Tub.

Guest can check-in after 3pm anytime.
Other things to Note:
1) Unfortunately, given the central location, street noise may go to the apartment and living room at night especially during Friday and Saturday nights, this is unavoidable and out of our control. For reducing the noise level:
- We installed additional windows to existing window frames and make double windows for the living room.
- We provide Ultra Soft Foam earplugs for your stay.
2) We provide a FREE parking during your stay. The carpark is at outside of the apartments building. From the apartment building to the Carpark building is about 190 meters long and 2-3 minutes walk.
- A fob will be cost $100 to replace.
- If you do not return the carpark card after you check out, you will be charged $50.
Because, we have to spend money and replace a new fob or/and a new card immediately for our next guests.
