DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Downtown Bend is your front yard from this awesome perch! Walk anywhere downtown in just a few minutes. McMenamins is 1/2 a block away and the Market of Choice grocery store is 4 blocks away in the other direction. This sparkling new home is tucked into the historic district of Bend it's so easy to get around from here. The Old Mill, Mirror Pond, and Deschutes River all are so close... and of course Mt Bachelor is just 30 minutes up the road!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a modern 3 room home! 2 Bedrooms with king beds, plus den also with a king bed! Can't beat 3 king beds in Downtown! There is a proper door to the den so everyone will have their own space. Please do remember that this sweet home only has 1 bathroom! If you can handle that, you will absolutely love this location! There is dining for 6 between the dining table and bar. The modern kitchen has quartz countertops, and brand new stainless appliances.
HEATING & COOLING
This modern home has mini split heating and A/C, plus a ceiling fan in each bedroom for the summer months!
OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a spacious patio with gas BBQ and outdoor dining for 6 as well. This is situated on a big, sweeping corner lot, just perfect for relaxing and watching Bend pass by. If you feel like soaking in some hot water, walk the 1/2 block to enjoy the turkish bath at McMenamins. Feel free to fire up the grill for a BBQ and enjoy the warm and sunny patio on those perfect Bend afternoons. There is a locked shed for gear storage, so feel free to bring all the bikes, skis, even the canoe!
** This is a quiet residential neighborhood! A Stone's Throw Bungalow homes are not appropriate for noisy groups and quiet hours are enforced after 10pm **

You'll always have 2 secured parking spot in Downtown Bend, right in your very own paved driveway! Parking for 2 vehicles in the long tandem driveway. Plus more street parking if needed.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is nestled into a lovely residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
