This beautiful oceanfront home W/POOL definitely has the 'WOW' factor. With its 6 bedrooms and 6 and 1/2 baths in addition to 2 large living areas, custom 'top of the line' kitchen and oceanfront dining how could it not? This home has it all: elevator, pool, 2 garages, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom tile (you gotta’ see the tile in the kitchen/dining area), hardwood floors, 2 oceanfront decks, 3 master bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs and custom tile showers, 2 dishwashers, etc.
Upon entering this home, you will find that the ground floor offers a very large bedroom with a full bath. This room can double as a den area. The room is equipped with a set of bunk beds as well as a pullout sofa bed and a HDTV. This room is very convenient when spending time at the private pool as it is equipped with a wet bar and small fridge.
Upstairs is the main living area with a VERY large den and dining area. The kitchen is adjacent the dining area and you are able to view the ocean from all areas. Enjoy the HUGE HDTV from the den and dining areas. Guests can access the oceanfront deck from either of the sliding glass doors. The oceanfront deck overlooks your private pool and offers easy access to the pool and your private beach access. Guests will find that there is a 1/2 bath just off the den. This floor also has an oceanfront master bedroom. This room is equipped with a king size bed, HDTV, private bath with tub and stand up shower. The bedroom also offers a private entrance to the oceanfront deck. Upstairs on the 3rd level is another den with a huge HDTV, sleeper sofa and access to the 3rd floor oceanfront deck.
The 3rd floor also offers 4 additional bedrooms. There are 2 oceanfront master bedrooms with king size beds and private deck access. These rooms also offer master bath rooms with tub and stand up showers. Each of these rooms also offers HDTV's. The 4th bedroom on this floor offers a queen size bed and bath, plus the 5th offers 2 twin size beds and bath. Each of these rooms offers a TV as well. Other amenities for Big Kahuna are WiFi, 2 washer/dryer sets (one on 3rd floor and one on bottom floor), there is an outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor half bath and so much more.
We also supply a starter kit with toilet paper, and paper towels.
