Wood stove in the front room and propane stove in the great room for cold winter nights, after a great day skiing at White Pass, or cross-country skiing or snow shoeing out the back door. Secluded patio with lawn furniture and BBQ for enjoying the outdoors or stay inside and the floor to ceiling windows of the great room
allow you to feel you are outside.

The property is very safe, gated at the dead end of the road, surrounded by hills and orchards. It feels very far out, but is only 20 minutes to downtown Yakima. Far enough away from the city streets and noises of town - gives you an option, 45 minutes to the ski resort, hiking, fishing and floating the river, or into town for fine dining. A great place to unwind. The hot tub is amazing, very private with only birds and an occasional rabbit. Your only neighbor is the owner's home on the other side of the property, which is also for rent when they are gone in the winter.
