The BHouse (our affectionate name for our Blairgowrie Beach House) is a simple, largely original, but well cared for 80's beach house - great at any time of year. A gentle 600 metre walk to the Blairgowrie front beach & Blairgowrie village with great cafes, supermarket & interesting shops.
Relax with the whole family or with friends or both at this quiet yet central location. The perfect place for accessing the Peninsula - Sorrento, Portsea beaches, restaurants and shopping as well as Rye / Fingal golf and spas.
The open plan living has a peaceful outlook into the garden. Its the perfect place to hang out with family and friends in summer or curl up on the couch with a blanket and break out the board games in winter.
The garden has room for the kids to run around on the grass or for family and friends to gather around the large outdoor table.
Bedrooms are fitted out with good quality mattresses and bedding and sleep 6 - plus 1 trundle.
The 3 bedrooms comprise:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed (large bedroom with enough space to set up portable cot if needed)
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds (plus one trundle if needed)
All linen and bathroom towels provided. Electric blankets, good quality Sheridan & Abode linen. portable fans in each bedroom.
A portable cot and mattress can be provided on request.
Family bathroom with shower, good hot water, hair dryer. Separate loo.
Laundry with washing machine.
A simple, clean kitchen with all new crockery, cutlery, glasses pots pans and enough salad bowls, platers and boards to cook up a storm to share with your family and friends.
