Summary: Our room was excellent but booked a room with a balcony and I certainly wouldn't describe what we had as being a balcony. There was a very small outside space which looked tired and right next to access path. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was not inviting as tiles missing from sides and a long walk from patio area. The patio area itself is in need of repairs with broken decking and adjustments needed. Disappointed that drinks or snacks were from vending machines.
