Summary: The night front desk lady was extremely helpful and sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she saved the day with more towels for us in the pool area. The room we stayed in had 2 doors. Both of the locks were broken so you had to slam the door really hard to close them or mess with it for a while to make sure it latched. The outside door blew open at night and woke everyone up. Took away from feeling safe in the room. The downstairs hallway to the bottom floor rooms does smell strongly of cigarettes. The pool was a big hit and I’m very grateful again for the front desk girl.
