Summary: You will not find a better location. Few minute walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, easy access to the freeway. Open the slider and listen to the waves. We actually stayed here more than being outside doing tourist things because of how calming it was. Huge perk was parking in a close garage but the neighborhood is very safe
