Completely renovated for 2021. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. Located on 30th street, one of Barnegat Lights Best beach blocks, 1 block to a guarded ocean beach and 5 blocks to guarded bay beach. No Tram needed to get to beach. Large open living area featuring ample seating for the entire family, 55" TV. Additional family room upstairs with 50" TV. The kitchen, which is open to living room & dining area, features brand new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliance package, well-equipped for your cooking needs. Large spacious roof deck over garage has 4 lounge chairs, table for alfresco dining. 2 decks on front of house Downstairs front deck has seating and Gas Grill, Upstairs front deck has more seating and a view of the bay. Outside Shower- great after a day at the beach! Amenities include Central Air (2 zone), Large capacity Washer & Dryer, WIFI Internet Service. The master bedroom has a King size bed with newly renovated private bath, shower stall. Additional bedroom on main floor has twin beds and hall bathroom, which has a bathtub. Up stairs are 2 additional bedrooms (queen size bed) one with access to rooftop deck, full bath and living area. Included in rental are 6 beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon to bring all your belongings to the beach Also included,, 3 adult bicycles and 1 child's bicycle for your use We are a pet friendly home. If you want to bring your furry friends, please inquire. There is no additional charge for pets but if you book, additional paperwork required. Barnegat Light has a dog park on 10th street which makes a great vacation for the dogs as well! Check township website for dog park policy/rules A short distance to Viking Village featuring Cassidy's fish market, How you brewin coffee, Off the Hook restaurant for take out or dine outside, many quaint shops. The village of Barnegat Light has Mustache Bills Diner, Kubels Restaurant, Daymark & Kelly's restaurants both by the light house Poppys Ice cream, Dairy Queen, miniature golf and of course the Barnegat Lighthouse, where you can climb 217 steps and see the best view of LBI!

Summary: Another wonderful stay at this home. Everything is perfect, beach was absolutely beautiful, house clean and welcoming, outdoor shower such a treat, well equipped ( bikes beach chairs anything you could need) and comfy beds what more could you ask for? Only disappointment was having to leave.
