Property backs on to golf course with easy access at end of street. Cool off after a swim at Horseshoe Bay with a summer breeze or capture winter sun sitting on the front balcony. Walk 10 min to Bermagui village shops and cafes or over to Beares Beach 6 min away. Plenty of room to park your boat off the street and 2-3 cars in the driveway. Sit in large eat in kitchen around family dining table seating up to 11. Oven cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plentiful supplied kitchen for cooking/baking. Expresso coffee machine. Perfect for 2 -3 couples or 2 families to stay. Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower (shower equipped with handles great for grandparents to stay). Additional toilet and shower available. Washing machine and dryer in laundry behind garage. Massive smart 75inch TV in lounge room to watch your favourite sports and movies.
