Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable
Negative: The check-in is too complicated and there is too little support. Without other guests we would not be able to enter or check-in. There was no internet on the check-in tablet and for check-out the battery was dead. Also the onsen cannot be reserved online by foreigners.
Summary: The apartment is comfortable but the IT is bad.
