Positive: The location of the property is unbeatable. The owner was very responsive and wanted us to be comfortable. The suite had a kettle, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and glasses/mugs, etc. It was enough to cook in the suite and maybe go out for dinner once in a while. The room had beach chairs and an umbrella, ensuring a comfortable beach experience. The property is really close to Target, CVS, Walgreens, and other stores. It is on a quiet side of Miami Beach, so we had a good night's sleep. I highly advise checking out the Motek happy hour, which is next door to the property! That definitely made us happier haha
Negative: The suite would benefit from a few updates, such as new barstools and sofa covers. Additionally, it would be wonderful to have an extra kitchen towel and some basic essentials like oil and salt/pepper. This would help us avoid purchasing larger quantities for just a short stay.
