Positive: Very comfortable house. Beds were fantastic. Great facilities and amenities in the house. Beautiful views. Outdoor entertaining areas ideal. Very quiet and warm. Short drive to city centre and main beaches.
Negative: Stairs outside and inside need yellow safety strips added. Very steep driveway. Light at top of outside staircase not working. We needed to replace 3 globes as bedside lamps didn't work. Maybe 1 bedroom could have single beds instead of all queen beds better for families. Instructions on how to get live TV and Instructions for heating and cooling would be handy.
