Positive: The hot tub in the bathroom, the 7 shower heads in both showers, the awesome appliances, the trim and molding around the windows and doors, the location is just up from the cliffs edge and you have a nice view of the ocean. It's a 3 minute drive to the Depot Bay main strip, and a quick 15 minutes into Newport. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with lots of birds landing on the deck. The beds were comfy. Washer/Dryer was also really nice.
Negative: Upstairs bath room is a bit small, but hardly worth mentioning because you are in there by yourself most of the time. You will like the shower a lot...once you've figured out all of the knobs ;) It's complicated, but there are directions to follow, and you'll get it after one or two tries.
