Casa Boa Vista is a beautiful villa situated in a peaceful and rural position on a hilltop with views over the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is surrounded by a mature lawned garden with flowering and scented shrubs and many Mediterranean plants.
The house is located in an area called Mesquita 15 km from Santa Barbara and about 25 from Loulé. It is 25 minutes (20 km) from Faro airport and the coast. The nearest town is São Brás de Alportel.

The accommodation is spacious (200m2) and beautifully furnished and comprises 1 double bedroom, separate bathroom, further double bedroom en suite, another double bedroom and double with single bed (drawer style) and separate bathroom.

There is an entrance hall, large spacious living/dining room with air-conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen. The living room opens out onto a shaded area with barbecue and table and chairs for "al fresco" dining. Further terraces and lawned areas surround the large 10 x 5m private pool (depths 1.90 and 0.60 metres), as well as a children's play area with slide. The pool is fully-tiled with Roman steps leading into it and it has lighting so can be used at night.
Bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning and air-con are all included in the price. The cleaning lady comes once a week.
Pets are welcome. The garden is completely fenced and the fencing is 1.10 metres high.
