5mins from the seafront, the house offers a lot of space and comfort for a family and/or a group of friends that want to spend their days in a warm, modern, welcoming home in the Athens Riviera. It features a loft master bedroom (king bed) with a private living room, one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with one king-single bed each, and the basement apartment which has a large bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the common area that is easily transformed to another double bed for extra guests. The house has a master bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower on the first floor, a mini WC on the ground floor and another bathroom with a shower in the basement. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and living room, giving an overflowing sense of space as one enters. The garden has a beautifully curated veranda and a private swimming pool available for our guests. The house is in excellent condition and as the main home of a family of 5, it has been very much loved and cared about. It radiates love and warmth that we hope you will feel and enjoy!
