This studio apartment with a queen bed in the heart of downtown Des Moines is stocked with all the necessities to make for an enjoyable stay! Guests have full access to all building amenities including a gym, community room with pool table and shuffleboard, and rooftop deck!
The Space:
This studio is furnished with a queen bed, a luggage rack, and a closet with hangers. We've got a kitchen table with two chairs and an additional chair to hang out or watch tv in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, and flatware. We also provide a coffee pot, ground coffee, and assorted tea bags. It's our hope to make you feel right at home!
Our building provides a great gym facility, community room with a pool table and shuffleboard, and a roof top with plenty of outdoor seating! We're also connected to the skywalk to provide direct access for getting around downtown without having to go outside.
While parking isn't included in the reservation, there is metered parking outside and a parking garage across the street that is connected to the skywalk and offers daily or monthly parking.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the building anytime after 4pm on check in day by obtaining keys in the designated lockbox.

Extra Guest Fee - $50 per person, per night.
Extra Guest Rule: Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will result in a $50 fee per guest, per night without prior approval from the host. ‣Visitors must vacate the property by 12 AM each night.
