3 Bedroom House in Gold Canyon
This Beautiful property is our Home away from Home in Vancouver. We will be able to spend more time here in a few years. In the meantime, we would love to share our home with couples who are on vacation with other couples, or just on their own to enjoy the beautiful Valley weather!
We want the home to stay in the same fabulous condition as it was the day we bought it. For this reason, we will not be able to accommodate young children. We love young kids! We just know that they aren't always able to keep from making messes!
Here is the sleeping arrangement:
Master: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Full bunkbed with Twin trundle
Our home is totally remodeled and vacation ready! Light, bright and airy floor plan. The three panel arcadia door opens to an over-sized private backyard with a covered patio, desert landscaping, and a fire pit. (We are considering adding a hot tub/spa. Please let us know if that is something that would make you more likely to make a reservation.)
The home has a open concept layout that we love. The kitchen, dining and living rooms flow together with the abundance of windows and natural light. The north/south exposure of the home allows lots of sun in the backyard and without the heat of the sun coming in the windows of the house! The backyard is situated higher than homes around it which give you complete privacy to set on the large patio and enjoy the weather and the amazing Arizona sunsets!
We love the Split floor plan! It provides two couples with privacy at opposite ends of the house.
The new carpet and 3-tone paint match the new granite counter-tops throughout. The kitchen has tons of cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and a large granite island.
The master suite features a King Bed, large picture windows and a beautiful ceiling fan. The master suite features a spa like bathroom with an amazing walk in shower and huge master closet. This split floor plan features 2 more lovely bedrooms with a wonderful private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin trundle.
