About this space
This contemporary, centrally located lakeside home is a short drive to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Nub's Nob, Mackinaw Island and Petoskey State Park. The property is teeming with wildlife and steps from the popular Petoskey to Mackinaw Trail. Enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, birdwatching and nearby snow skiing.
The space
New 2,100 square foot, contemporary, waterfront home with a large, furnished, lakeside-facing deck. The house is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. Floor to ceiling windows and cathedral ceilings in the main living area brighten the home with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. The outdoor seating area located near the lake features Adirondack chairs and a wood burning fire pit. A well lit path leads to the dock and lake where you will find kayaks and a canoe.
The property is fairly secluded with no close neighbors. Please note, the yard is not fenced.

Guests have access to the house, grounds, lake and dock including kayaks and a canoe.

NOTE: Roadwork is currently being done in front of the house and guests may experience noise and access disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Fishing is great on Crooked Lake! We have fishing poles and tackle boxes available to guests. Please note, bait is not provided.
The Oden Island Nature Preserve , 50 acres of old-growth trees, wetlands and hiking trails, is across the lake.
The small sailboat in the garage is not to be used, please. It is being stored for a family member.
