This condo is the big enough to be a 3 bedroom and comes with His and Her Sinks in the master bath, and is probably one of the only condos on South Padre Island with double sinks. It has 11 foot high ceilings with 9 foot high custom doors. Led lighting, ceiling fans granite countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is completely stocked with top of the line cookware, knives with a ton of kitchen gadgets so you will feel right at home. Each of the LED HDTVs has a Roku to do all the streaming to your hearts content. This unit has a wagon to take all your stuff to the beach which is just a 5 min walk away. Just walk out heading east to the Holiday Inn and beach access is there. The place is beautifully decorated with a beach feel. You don't have to worry about a good nights sleep because no money has been spared on the bedding. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic king sized bed for guaranteed comfort. The bathroom has river rock tile in the shower for a luxury experience. Wash and dry clothes and towels in the stackable washer and dryer. The side by side refridgerator has an ice maker. The Common areas have a rooftop terrace over the pool with spectacular views of the bay. Theres plenty of seating and great views of the fireworks every saturday night. You won't have to get stuck in traffic here. We have tons of chairs tables and loungers on the property. Schlitterbahn waterpark is right next door. La Isla is a luxurious resort with some of the nicest accomodations in South Padre Island for a great value. 11 percent SPI Hotel Tax will be collected at check in.
