Contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom custom home on two levels. Open floor plan with large chef kitchen. Great room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 65” Sony flat screen TV opens to a large patio with outside seating and dining table. Many large windows brighten every room! A Sonos Music Account is included for your enjoyment.
A private office with a built-in desk work area is located on the main level. Upgraded Wireless Mesh System for up to 600mbps throughout the home. The printer/Scanner/Copier is available for your use and is located in the office area.
The master bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a king bed. An attached private bathroom with a large walk-in shower includes multiple shower heads and body sprayers. This bedroom has a very spacious closet, a ceiling fan, and a 55" TV.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a King Bed. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and large closet and share a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second floor also has an additional open office work area with built-in desk/counter/cabinetry.
