Quiet location on beautiful Lake Erie which boasts a large Private Sandy Beach. The location is known for Eagle sightings and breath taking Sunsets. There are many Activities in the area which include the Colchester Marina, Boating, Fishing, Splash pad for the children. Holiday Beach Provincial Park, Bird watching, Hiking and Bike trails. Restaurants, multiple Wineries, choice of many Golf courses and shopping, all within 15 minutes. The house features all amenities, two Fridges, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Television, DVD. Inludes air/heat, front and back decks, BBQ, screened in Gazebo, lawn furniture, firepit, outdoor fireplace and WIFI. Bookings accepted between May 15th 2023 until October 15th 2023. 6 person Maximum, typically 7 Day Minumum but 3 Day rental maybe possible.

Summary: A wonderful property. Our rental was fully equipped inside and out. Very clean, lovely decor. Beach area beautiful-lovely sunrise & set. Quiet, peaceful surroundings-away from main road. Our host was so helpful & accommodating. This place was everything we hoped for-relaxation, nature, close to farm markets, eateries. It was our first time renting and we will definitely return-a longer stay next summer!
