Our downstairs is all living area - offering an open floor plan for fun family/business gathering.
Our upstairs offers
A- (2)Queen bedrooms with a shared full bath
B- (1) King bedroom suite with full bathroom, private den/bonus room area, (2) full size futons, small fridge, bar, private stairs to suite. This area can be closed off for anyone to sleep here with privacy.
C- (1) King bedroom suite with full bathroom, Jacuzzi, private deck over viewing backyard, Brookstone Massage Chair, (hold the ON/OFF Button 2-3 seconds, until it turns on). The rollers can be intense, if you have back issues, I do not recommend the message chair.
Use at your own risk.
NO CHILDREN in massage chair!!
All bedrooms are upstairs - there are two entrances to get upstairs.
Caution: if you have small children, consider the stairways. Though we provide gates, these are not full proof safety for your child. You will be responsible to watch children from falling down stairs. No balls, frisbees, nor running throughout our home. We have special artifacts collected from around the world displayed throughout our home. We want to share with our guest.
Please do not let small children eat, nor drink on furniture, especially beds!!
There are three tables plus an island bar to accommodate food and beverages.
Use baby gates to block off certain rooms.
Downstairs is full living space with a half bath.
Use of pantry, all amenities you can see in the kitchen. Our kitchen is stocked for your convenience. Spices, oils, saran wrap, foil, zip locks, paper plates, two coffee makers, etc.....
TRASH COMPACTOR- bags provided.
To OPEN, foot pedal at floor level.
Turn the knob to compact. Do not open door while in operation!! Trash bin on the driveway side of the house.
My beautiful blue set of china is not microwave safe- be cautious about that.
Please DO NOT place dirty dishes into the cabinets, nor the drawers.

If something gets broken, be kind and honest enough to send a pic so we can replace the item for the next guest.

Front Porch and Back Deck are always enjoyable places to sit a bit to relax and breath.
Carolina room shines with new bamboo flooring-
We enjoy sitting inside the Carolina room relaxing with a cup of tea or little wine when the weather is unbearable outside.
Our home is a must see!!! Though we are in the City limits, we live in a lake setting.
Friends have flown in from around the world for visits-
it's hard to get them to leave !!! LOL
