This is a Super Nice Lake Front unit. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Relax and enjoy your Vacation on the Lake. Enjoy the spacious
kitchen with new Stainless Steel Appliances and plenty of cabinet space. There is a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs
and a Barbeque. Enjoy coffee in the mornings and beautiful evening Sunsets. There is a Great View of the Grand Glaize
Bridge. There are 2 doors for access 1 from the master bedroom and 1 from the living area. This unit has central heating
and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. There are hardwood and tile flooring throughout the main living areas with
carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room is very spacious with a super comfy couch and love seat, plenty of table space.
There is also a Large Screen TV that includes cable. Each bedroom also have TV's with a streaming box. There is also a
seasonal pool that is open from May through Sept. Check out the recent pictures of this beautiful Condo. There is plenty
of parking though it is first come first serve. You name it, it is close by. Great restaurant, Great Night Spots, Boat launch
ramps and trailer storage are also close with your choice of private Marinas or the State park just on the other side of the
bridge. Come out and enjoy everything the Lake has to offer from this perfect location close to everything you need!!!
