You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This small dog friendly home is charming with an open airy feeling and volume ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating along with 2 rocking recliners and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable queen size bed, his and hers large walk in closets, flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, his & her sinks and a private water closet. One guest bedroom is set up with a comfortable full size bed for your guests to feel at home. The second guest bedroom has a double twin, trundle style, day bed that can be made into a large King size bed for those special guests to enjoy with prior approval. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with plenty of towels and linens. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a private or entertainment setting, with the pull down privacy shades. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book. You will find a BBQ grill on the back patio for you to fire up and invite your friends over for dinner before heading into town and dancing the night away!
This beautiful home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
