The kids park is one block away from home with swings, small baseball field and basketball court. Brohard dog beach park is 10 minute drive from home. Siesta Key is 20 minute drive. Publix and multiple dinning options within a few miles of the house. The house sits on a quarter acre lot with city water and sewer.
