Summary: This rental is in a great location, which was definitely a plus. However, the unit itself is in need of significant upgrades. The couch was worn out and had holes, the cupboards and dishwasher were broken, and the master bathroom shower had missing grout. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the space, I would not choose to stay here again unless renovations are made.
